Nice and courteous staff, provided information if needed. I took a double room with beautiful decor and Regency style plus balcony. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Hotel was recently renovated and lovely small, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

everything was spotless, including excellent staff and wonderful location in a restaurant or cafe. location: the hotel was just next door to central old town, near restaurants and the pier, the harbour, and shops, churches, tourist attractions and swimming. found symposium with perfect drinks 500 metres away. the view from double room was delightful. there was free wi-fi in the rooms and the service in general was terrific. in addition, the parking was outside.

What a fabulous location in the old town. Perfect for an overnight stop or for a few days. Lovely room with a roof terrace and good views of the city. Well situated, very close to the center of the old town. Convenient for taking a catamaran to the islands. Central to everything in town. Bakery across the street for amazing breakfast.

After a seamless arrival from the airport, we were thrilled to find our hotel, Palazzo Venezia-Adults Only, perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. Exploring the town on foot was a breeze, with all the major attractions just minutes away. The stunning Greeting to the Sun and Sea Organ were within a 10-minute walk, and there was a small supermarket conveniently located just 2 minutes from the hotel. We also loved being so close to the sea, with boats and yachts dotting the waterfront. The abundance of sea excursions and the wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the personalized treatment from the staff made us feel truly welcome. The room itself was beautifully appointed and provided a comfortable sanctuary throughout our stay.

While the hotel provided a delightful experience overall, we did encounter a minor inconvenience during checkout. However, this small hiccup did not overshadow the otherwise outstanding experience at Palazzo Venezia-Adults Only.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is incredibly convenient, as it is very close to the centre of the old town. In fact, it is directly opposite a bakery where you can buy fresh pastries which are brilliant. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the city walls, providing easy access to all the attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town. I was able to walk to all the major attractions and there were countless restaurants and cafes just steps away. The hotel itself was lovely, with clean and comfortable rooms. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the city and the partially sea view. It was such a treat to relax there and enjoy the view. The staff were also really helpful and accessible whenever I needed them. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Right in the heart of the charming old town, very close to the city walls and centrally located near restaurants and pier. The hotel is clean, airy, and has great air conditioning. I loved that I could get fresh pastries from the bakery directly opposite the hotel.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great, it was within walking distance of the harbor, which made catching the ferry very easy. The room was nicely decorated and the air conditioning was powerful. We appreciated the lift, which made carrying our luggage easier. the staff was helpful in recommending places to eat.

The bread was stale and the juice was not real fruit juice. We ended up not using the voucher for the second day.
